98 s10 airbag dilema

ok i have some crazy shit going on,i have a 98 s10,just bagged,when i raise all four corners all will raise but the right front,but i can raise the right front by itself or both front together no problem,and then raise the rear,and i can deflate all four no problem as well,i dont know if it is the valve or what,any help would be appreciated,thanks jeff
