hood shocks...

did this a couple weeks ago, thought i'd post a pic...

what shocks did you use? I've been wanting to do this since I saw a few imports have it at shows.

i'll post napa part numbers for the brackets and shocks tomorrow. used #10 stainless button heads on the fender mounts, pop riveted the hood mounts on, but might change those...

you'd have to put em all the way inside the tubs next to the motor, or recess them into the hood structure(if its still there, dont think i've ever seen your hood...)

My hood didnt come with much of a structure stock. Its too late to mod my firewall anyway. Lol. I just want something that doesnt let my hood flex from side to side like it does now.
