2/4 link bar sizes

I was just wondering what size square tubing you all use for your bottom 4 link bar or 2 link bar with the bag on the link? Also, when building notches should I use 2x3 or 3x3? Thanks

im using 2x2 3/16th wall for my 3 link bars with 3" bar ends and my back half is being built using 2x3 3/16th and is being used for a air tank also
