dropped 72 c10 4 link or 2 link?

i am workin on a 72 c10 and i plan on baggin it but i need some help with it, like what is best and how i should go abou it, like should i go two link or four link in the rear? and does the front need to be notched to lay frame? is there anyone in washington, in the seattle area that does this sort of shit that i can go and talk to, thanks
