Billet Dash Guage Cluster for S-10

I just got my billet dash kit and don't know how to install the guage cluster piece. You have to cut the acylic part of the dash and im not sure where to do it. I can't seem to find any information on how to do it. I'm sure someone has done it... Please Help, thx in advance!
