how the hell do u wire this up?? please help

ok i ordered my pressure switch and relay from jason at sd.com...its here but i have no idea how 2 wire it up, i see diagrams online but looks nuthin like this, its a 5 prong relay and it comes with a socket type thing with 5 wires coming out of it, theres a prong in the middle and 4 around it what wire goes where? please help me so i can get my damn truck bagged, thanks
