Need help with a 92-95 4runner Bumper Install

Ok guys I got the 4runner brackets but I dont got a clue in hell how to make the combo brackets and put this shit on...anyone got pics of their install. I gotta get my truck rollin and show season is here so its coming down to the wire...HELP!
