baggin the front of an 86 s-dime

i just bagged the front of my s-dime and when i drop it all the way the lower control arm hits the frame and when i lift it its higher than stock talk about lift jeezis this right? first time baggin anything do i need to put on drop spindles or anything like that? any help would be greatthanks
