ive got my e-level with touchpad installed, and im having a major drama..... I powered it up today for the first time, and when i went to give it a manual intitial test (like it says to do in the instructions), it will run and shut off my compressors when they are needed, and the hand control lights up like a christmas tree, but the unit wont send power to my valves. At first i thought i may have stuffed up the wiring, so i pulled out the plug harness for the valve wiring, hooked up my test light to 12v, and touched each prong in the plug....Bingo, all the valves get power and work like they should.... So then i tested the prongs inside the unit where the valve harness plug into by touching the prongs with my testlight and pressing the buttons on the controller...all i got was a big fat nothing... I cant understand why it wont work, ive been looking at it for hours with no luck. I installed it to the letter as per the wiring diagram and instructions, but the only inconsitency ive found is a reference in the wiring harness installation intstructions to a blue wire that is supposed to hook up to the hand brake. Not only does my wiring harness not even have a blue wire, but it also isnt shown on either of the wiring diagrams that came with the unit, or any ive found online for that matter. If anyone can shed some light on whats going on here i would be extremely grateful ...Has anyone else had this problem??? Does anyone know any reason it might not be working??
PLEASE HELP ME

That looks like an awesome set up, sorry I don't have that system but what you're describing sounds like an issue with you're grounds, or a fuse blew. Are your valves grounded?
I'll try to help you trouble shoot if you want
So you say the valves work if you hook up power to them but not through the controller, and the controller does send power through the system?

That blue handbrake wire sounds like the wire that most DVD recievers have so you cant watch TV while driving. You dont even have a blue wire though so.... I dunno. Is there a tech service number to call?

i just got an email from Dustin from Accuair, i got a really fast reply from him, and he seems like a nice guy... Basically whats happened, is that a batch of units were sent to australia without the blue wire attatched ( they only found out friday), and the blue wire hooks up to the hand brake so the unit wont operate unless it is on.... Theyve sent wiring kits to rectify the problem to their aussie supplier, so i gave them a call, and mines on the way....Apparently im the first person to call up, i dare say there will be more.....But it sounds like a nice easy fix, and it should be an awesome setup once its done
