HELP ASAP Fuse Panel diagram

I have a 1986 SR5 Turbo pickup
Does any one have a fuse diagram for the fuse panel that is behind driver side kick panel and the one under the hood there are stickers that say what the are but they are in japanese writing and im not a freaking jap

i have another gremlin to figure out now
when i bought the truck the cruise control controls at the end of the wiper switch was broke and i only had high speed wipers. so i found one on ebay for 20 so i thought hell yeah so yesterday i pulled the steering wheel and swapped it out and found that the wiring between the two were different so i went ahead and put the new used one in and i test it the blinkers, wipers, and washer squirters all worked fine so i thought cool. i went ahaed and buttoned everything up and went for a test drive and the cruise still doesn't work along with my blinkers
