ok im not sure if this has been asked before but here goes
i know i have seen 2 or 3 dodge ram mid to late 90's body style rams with step side beds. one i know was a chevy bed made to fit the other one i know of, the owner said it was a special order from dodge in like 95-97 you could order a step side bed for a little extra and it comes smoothed out in the inside now i have heard this from a lot of other people that you could get a step side bed for a ram from dodge during those years but not many people knew about it and they stopped making them
so if anyone out there knows if there is any truth to this please fill me in or give me some proof weather or not dodge really offered the step side or if people are bullshitting and saying they did i really would like to know thanks for your time sorry and for the long thread
