Syclone 4.3 Turbo Engine swap?

Hello Ebryone..Ok..this is my firts GMC truck so i figure i ask the experts.
I just picked up a wrecked 91 Syclone that was hit real hard on the left front.
The front frame is twisted but the engine still purrs like a baby. My intend is to swap the drivetrain wireharness bed, interiour, wheels suspention etc into a S10 or GMC Sanoma.
Has anyone any advise on this swap?Should i start with a S10 4WD?
Any help is appreciated .
