is this a ripoff?!!?!? suicide doors

alright i live in louisiana and,i called body shops and they only say one guy knows how to put on suicide doors on and he charges 5000$ to put them on. and he also wants to paint my truck after hes done which he said is 3000$. he said if he cant paint afterwards then he wont put on the kit.

this doesnt sound right....whats an average price to put on the door kit?
