hey my truck got rear ended by a silverado, its fucked, new bed for sure and it pushed into the cab and the whole truck needs to pulled back into alignment.

its automatically your fault if you rear end someone in cali... but he might try and take it to court because of the custom tail lights or more specifically the shaved stock tail lights.

its getting fixed, insurance will cover up to 6300 because thast the max blue book on a 93 yota in cali. so hopefully that covers it, the guy who rear ended me was my buddy and he was driving one of my trucks, a 2006 silverado to be exact. shit happens, just metal. and yes the fuel cell got punctured.

thats cool at least. I watched a huge ordeal go down with the insurance company and my old boss when some one hit his silverado with a molded roll pan.
