I want more lift...help me out

i got a bagged h-body and its on a monoleaf setup right now. the front is setup with 2" drop spindles. i got stock wheels and tires (14's with big tires). my issue is that it hardly gets up enough to clear the tires. the front top brackets are hitting the a-arm, do i need tubular control arms or is there any other way around it? also, would flipping my leafs make it not get as much lift?
