any ideas

I bagged the back of a 95 mustang cobra the other night and its not laying out it was so late when we finshed and I had been up for over 24 hours so I didnt want to crawl back under it to see what was holding it up the the bags still have about 3 inches before they are completly compressed does anyone have any ideas on what could possible be keeping it from laying
