Computer and Wiring harness removal

I got a weber on my truck now, and i wanna clean up the engine bay... i tried ripping out the comuter, that was easy.. but the harness is becoming a nightmare. If i take it all out will it affect any sensors for o il pressure or anything like that? has anyone done it before?
