wheel adapters

i have a set of 17" enkeis for my truck there a front wheel drive rim and i want to get adapters for 6 to 5 lug but the only one i have found are 2" wide and that will make them stick out the fender. does anyone know where i can find 1 inch adapters or know how to put this 17 on?
