Viair 450c Compressor

I have my compressor and tank mounted underneath my bed where my spare tire used to be. I've probably only had my compressor for about a month now, and its already not working, and i cant figure out why. The thing is it was working before i washed my truck yesterday, but i wash my truck all the time and this has never happened. I checked all the wiring, and tryed running it straight to the battery. It just wont turn on at all.
