84-88 door handle fillers

I'm shaving the door handles on my 87 and I want to buy fillers so I can just tack them in, but all I can find are the 89+ filler plates. The 89 fillers look like they might work does anyone know if they will any information would be helpful. Thanks

yea thats all I could find too but when I took my handle off the indentation on the door look kinda like the filler plate for the 89-95 I thought maybe someone here had tried them. thanks for looking for me though I do appriciate it.

Here's how I did mine,

Cut one piece too cover both lock & handle, can shape the curve by

thats what I figured I would have to do just hoping that someone made one i could tack on I already made plugs for the lock so that isnt a problem, I would just have to cut a rectangle hole. Did you roll the metal on something to match the curve of the door?

Shaped it by hand, it's a very slight curve!

I made my own too from pieces of my inner bedsides.
