Hobart Handler 175 230V Wire MIG

I'm looking at geting one through northerntool.com, and was wondering everyones opinion on them. They seem to be a pretty good welder to me. Would it be good for body AND frame work? Becasue I'm looking for something very versitle.

Also, what is 230, I thought it was only 110 and 220.
