tweeding dash?etc...

im gonna start tweed my dash ,headliner wit a pimp design in it and someother parts inside.but do i have 2 sand the dash 2 scuff it up a bit ?? or just spray it down and start molding?? need help quick! kustompup93 reppin ruzzy!!
