anyone ever worked with this??

ive got a jeep cherokee UNIBODY..anyone ever work with a uni b4...is it difficult?...also, is it safe to notch the frame? anyone want to help me out or know of any shops in the WV area(i will go to ohio kentucky virginia pennsylvania)let me know please!!
