Need For Speed Underground

Im just curious as to if anyone knows about the cleberty cars that u unlock as u go through the game i.e. "You have unlocked the Mystikal car" , "You have unlocked the Petey Pablo car" and a few others....anyways how do u race with them....i cant find them at all.......anyone know.....i have Xbox if that matters....Thanks
