NEED HELP WITH FIBERGLA$$ING

im fiberglassing my dash and rear dash and after i finish it im going to duraglass it and i need to now what kind of grinder/sander i need to use. a link or some pics would be great. after that im going to fill it with ragegold and the use som icying to finish it off perfect dose this sound right
