compressors in the cold

ok i gots a problem is abour 20 degrees here in stl and my compressors will not kick on i didnt have this issue last year any one got any ideas or do ya think they are on there way out? i thinking of getting a dc5000 any suggestions its on a 5.5 gallon tank thanks
