Lowering?

Im lowering my friends truck for him. And i got the front low, but i put the lowering blocks in the back and it sits a lil uneven. There 4" blocks, if i pull one of his leafs out will it lower it more, and how much if so? Thanx, need some quick help, hes tryin to drive it to work tomarrow. haha
