'02 Ranger Edge ?s

I have a friend wanting to bag his '02 ford ranger. it is the edge version though. it is 2 wheel drive, but has torsion bars up front. so.... what do you do? can you get coil spring suspension parts from another ranger or what. any ideas would be great. i'm lost.
