HELP!!! MY AMP IS FALLING APART

Well i just bought a kicker 1200.1 from my friend and i drop it right when i got home. Well i think i just about screwed myself cause a little grey shaft thing fell out with two silver wires coming from each end. What do i do? I took the amp apart and found out where it came from, should i just sauder it back or take it to someone who can fix it. And who would be able to fix it other than the factory. ANY HELP PLEASE!!!
