Whats the best offset for toyota trucks

I Gots a 92 single cab, wit a static drop 4/5 would a +32-40 offset be best for our trucks.. because +45 is to in...LMK what do u guys suggest..

I have always used +40 on a 7.5 wide wheel on mine on pretty much every set of wheels I have ever had on it, besides the Prowler wheels, which I basically had to build the truck around.
