relocating gas cap

Ive seen on some minis like newer tacos, you can bend the gas tank filler hose into the inside of the bed.....Is a 98 and newer sdime filler nozzle flexible at all. i wanna shave it and put the gas cap, and what not on tha inside...pix if possibleThanx
