Air ride pluming set up help?

I've got 2 compressors, 2 tanks, 8 valves, and one pressure switch so far. i've thought of 2 options and can't figure which would be better.

1)hook each compressor up to each tank and buy another switch that way i have one tank for the front and one tank for the back.

2) or hook the tanks together and run both compressors that way and have just the one press. switch and have all the air feeding from that?

Which way is fast fill and easier? thanks
