Rockford Punch or MTX 4210?

My girlfriend was looking for 2 ten inch subs without spending a lot of money. The salesperson suggested going with the mtx 4210. I believe (it might be the 4205) I figured the rockford punch single voice coil (don't know model number) would be better. They are both the same price, which is $99 cdn. Which do you guys think are better????
