Tire size question.

Quick question...Just picked up an 82 D50 Royal and the tires are not what i am needing the truck for...

Will a 27x9.50 tire fit on the stock wheel? I believe it is a (correct me if i am wrong) 14x6. The fitment shows it will on a 6.5.....

I think your stock wheel size will be 15 x 6, unless it's a 2wd truck. Most manufacturers that offered a 27" tire had a 8.5" width that would work on the 14 x 6 rim. Otherwise, a 215/75-15 is about the same.
