timing issue, just failed smog

so i take it to smog , everything passes except timing , dude said it was 41 dg" BTDC, i thought dam that sucks , so im rollin on a smog permit for the next 2 months but was hoping to find the proper way to time my 92 2.4L mighty max ,,, thanks for any help??

just to add theres a vaccuum port on the back side of the intake manifold thats just plugged off, dont realy know where that goes, doesnt show on the hood map
