Newbie has a couple of questions

My son just picked up a 94 2wd, I4 5sp w/117k. The guy had service records and over the past couple of years replaced started, clutch, brakes, belts, rotors, caps and cleaned out fuel injectors a couple of times.
Couple of questions:
- For this truck what are some of the common (expensive) items that may need work at this mileage, short of the normal wear/tear? Right now truck runs good.
- Where is the horn located? He bought it knowing it didn't work but I don't see it anywhere. There is an unterminated connector on top of the right inner wheel well. The steering wheel horn switch feels mushy to non-existent, the fuse is good. Just can't find the thing.

timing belts. the horn itself should be behind the front bumper.
