Good buy? Or should I pass?

Ok so I saw this ad from a local towyard. Thought it might be a good deal, but not sure. Let me know what you guys think based on the info given.

-tagged til may
-doors shaved
-chrome 17" caddy escalade wheels
-only bagged in the front. Lowered in back. Looks to have nitrogen?

$1900 and it is a lien sale...
I was thinking about lowballing and offer about $1000...

I would say so as long as it seems to be in good running order. I would certainly spring for a new paint job though the purples lookin a bit grungy.

Yea I can paint it for almost next to nothing as I have majority of my stuff and some left over paint to do another car. Exterior isnt an issue, as long as it's at least straight with a minimal amount of dents/dings.

It looks like it would be a good start. I don't really like buying something someone has already started on because you don't know the quality of their work. As long as the truck is in good running condition I'd say go for it.

Looks pretty solid I would buy it Tha paints gotta go ish but the rest of the trucks sic..
