New owner of a 1989 mighty max!

Hello everyone, I live in so Cali and just got a 89 mighty max. It is a nice looking truck 119k miles runs smooth. The tack doesn't work... Any ideas? Also the oil pressure gauge is out.. I think it may just be a wire that's disconnected but if anyone has ideas that would be great. I'll get pictures up tomorrow!
