4g63 head on a 4g64 1995 Mighty max?

Im sure there has been a ton of posts on here about this.... but all my research online I have found nothing about someone actually doing it. I heard it was possible dont know for sure. If so how bad is it? Is it worth it? What head do I need? turbo or non turbo? How about the wiring? Do you have to change out the ecu? Just alot of questions if anyone on here has done it I sure could use some insight.
