Some of you already know me from MightyD50, but for those of you that don't,
my name is Sam (from NY) and my claim to fame was the "Murder Max" I used to have.

Pics of the build on my 'shop page'

Last fall, the max had to go. After lots of pawing around, I just scored another one.
1989 Max 2.6L 5 spd, bagged, shave(s) started, in the middle of bodywork / re-do's.

Anyways, I thought that I'd pop in and get reacquainted with the gang.

It's nice to be back, and dragging pavement!

Welcome back. It's a shame you had to get rid of the other truck but good you found a new one.

Thanks Dev! I just can't wait to work all the glitches out of this new one.
What a pain in the ass trying to fix other peoples previous work...
I've re-wired the dash (nuked wires) and now I'm starting on the air-ride wiring / line plumbing.
ALL compression fittings... not a single 'push to connect' in sight. *sigh* hahaha
After that, new windshield, and it's ready to rock (drive again)

Keep ya posted brudda!
And pics in a few...

I hate reworking other peoples work. Compression fittings for the win. I hate push fittings, it's nearly impossible to keep them from leaking.
