custom fuel cell

Someone posted that they know a guy that can custom make a fuel cell to use the stock fuel pump...who was that and how do I get in touch with this guy?

i think it was porter (4.0Ranger). i am not 100% sure but im guessing its the shop who built his truck. I think it is Twisted Metal Fab in Griffin.
