Hey... My 1994 B2600 refuses to run right. I have to floor it to start it then once it does start its choppy... Duh duh duh duh. Thought it couldn't breath so I completely removed the air filter. Still nothing need help

Did you change your fuel filter? Since it's not air, seems like it's fuel related.

You might have a head gasket that is gone. Do a compression check to rule that out.

Your idle jet may be clogged inside of your carb.
