weber carb question

So I bought a carb from webercarbsdirect notice when I opened there no stamp on it indicating it's a true weber.does anyone know if this so called weber carb is worth keeping and putting on my truck or should I send it back..has anyone else bought one of these and is running it.....will I have problems down the road if I do keep it....thanks for ur help..
