89 B2200 disk brakes rattling sound

while driving on slow speed and bumps i hear rattling sound
I thinks there is some problem with disks or disks pads
anyone having this issue please elaborate

Jack up on jack stands, take off the front wheels, and investigate for something loose.

I'd do this soon.
