Need Help whith my mazda b2200

Ok friends, finish assembling the engine of my car, recharge the battery, put new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, fuel pump but not running

I have dudes with timesmarks , brand or crankshaft pulley, you have to go with the camshaft pulley in 1 or dial "0"

Is that the pulley has to atiempar the dealer at 1

it suppose to go at 1 with one and it will turn on eventually it takes like 4 minutes just keep going trying to turn on with no stop it will turn on when its fully lubricated
