fuel line sizes

okay, i have searched but get weird results for the size of fuel lines my 89 xcab 2200 has. im puttin in a ten gal cell and nee to know what size for supply and both returns so i can get flex line.

Are you carbureted, or fuel injected?
Nearest I could tell, they were the metric equivalents of 3/8" supply, 5/16" return, and 3/16" vent lines.
The EFI lines were two 3/8"(one supply, one return), and one 5/16" vent line.
