boost on a carbed 2200?

Been poking around on the internet and can't find any straight forward answers.
couple questions:

My Weber:
Fill the float w/ foam??? I read that some place...?
Or can/how do I build the Carb to accept boost?

A pressure box around the Carb?

(I'm thinking something small and like 6psi boost is all)

Elec fuel pump and regulator I assume?

Timing? These are vacuum advanced and yeah boost is the opposite of that...so how would I do that??
