I put Oil....But Truck Marks Need Oil!!!

So i just did a oil change.
And my truck is marking oil.
i changed the filter and no that didnt help.
What do you guys think?

What do you mean marking oil?

On the dipstick it's at the needs oil level?

As in marking its territory?
