Door removal steps

Just wondering if the fenders need to be removed before attempting door removal ?

i would remove them. there is a bolt on the bottom of the fender towards the door.

1-under wiper cowl

a few across the top of the fender.

there is 2 in the door jam

1 nut that has to be lossened in the inner fender

2 behind the grille

man thats all i can remember,

it takes like 10 minutes per fender if that.

Just replacing driver side door.

The one that has the nut in the inner fender spot is kinda hard to get to. I honestly dont remember how I got it lose, and cant say for sure I even put it back on after installing a new fender on a buddy's 88 B2200.
