Rims off another Brand

ok i found some some rims that i think would fit my style, they are off a 04 Nissan Titan, 17 inch rim. seen them on another b truck on this site. (lowonair). my question is what would have to be down to make those rims fit? or is it easy as pie and you can slap them on to your truck?(just wanting to know if the bolt pattern lined up)

yes the bolt patterns will line up. im not sure of the bore on those rims so you either might have to get them bored out more or grind your tabs off the hub.
